本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、IGNIS CITY（以下「本サービス」）の提供条件および本サービスの運営者（以下「当方」）と利用者との間の権利義務関係を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（適用）

1. 本規約は、本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
2. 当方が本サービス上で掲載する個別規定・注意事項は、本規約の一部を構成します。

第2条（利用登録）

1. 利用者は、当方の定める方法によりアカウント登録を行うものとします。
2. 登録情報に虚偽があった場合、または過去に本規約違反等があった場合、当方は登録を承認しないことがあります。
3. 13歳未満の方は保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
4. 18歳未満の方（未成年者）が有料サービスを申し込む場合は、あらかじめ法定代理人（親権者等）の同意を得るものとします。有料サービスの申込みをもって、当該同意を得ているものとみなします。

第3条（アカウントの管理）

1. 利用者は、自己の責任でアカウント情報（メールアドレス・パスワード等）を管理するものとします。
2. アカウントの第三者への譲渡・貸与・共有はできません。
3. アカウントの不正利用により生じた損害について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

第4条（禁止事項）

利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 犯罪行為に関連する行為
• 当方や第三者の知的財産権・名誉・プライバシー等を侵害する行為
• 他の利用者または第三者を誹謗中傷・脅迫・差別する行為
• 個人や事業所を特定できる情報、宣伝・勧誘・営業に関する投稿（格言・過去詳細等の投稿内容を含む）
• 他の利用者のビル詳細のうち「過去詳細③〜⑥（背景・対応・結果・学び）」を、スクリーンショット等の方法で複製・転載・再投稿する行為
• 他の利用者の個人情報が識別できる形で、ビル画面のスクリーンショット等をX等の外部サービスに投稿・共有する行為（他者のビルを共有する際は、個人が特定できないようご配慮ください）
• 虚偽の情報の登録、なりすまし行為
• 複数アカウントの不正な作成・運用、ボット等による自動操作
• 本サービスの運営を妨害する行為、不正アクセス、リバースエンジニアリング
• その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為

第5条（投稿コンテンツの取扱い）

1. 利用者が投稿した格言・過去の記録その他のコンテンツ（以下「投稿コンテンツ」）の権利は利用者に帰属します。
2. 利用者は当方に対し、本サービスの提供・改善・宣伝に必要な範囲で、投稿コンテンツを無償・非独占的に使用（複製・表示・翻訳を含む）する権利を許諾するものとします。
3. 投稿コンテンツは当方の承認後に公開され、当方は審査・非公開・削除を行うことができます。
4. 投稿コンテンツは、投稿者本人の体験として、公開および他の利用者による閲覧に同意した上で投稿されるものとします。過去の記録のうち③〜⑥（背景・対応・結果・学び）は、投稿者本人の同意のもと、サブスク会員以上の有料会員が閲覧できます。
5. 利用者は、自身が投稿した格言・過去の記録を、本サービス内の削除機能によりいつでも削除できます。
6. 投稿コンテンツの英語訳は機械翻訳を含み、内容の正確性を保証しません。

第6条（有料サービス）

1. 本サービスには有料のサブスクリプション（サブスク会員：月額980円／プレミアム会員：月額1980円、いずれも税込）が含まれます。
2. 料金の決済は、決済代行事業者（Stripe）を通じて行われます。当方は利用者のクレジットカード情報を保持しません。
3. サブスクリプションは、解約手続きが行われない限り、各更新日に自動更新され、当該期間分の料金が課金されます。
4. 解約は、次回更新日の前までに本サービス内の手続き（カスタマーポータル）により行うことができ、当該期間の満了をもって停止します。
5. サービスの性質上、決済済みの料金および利用期間途中の解約による日割り返金は行いません。
6. 18歳未満の方は、法定代理人の同意を得たうえでお申し込みください。同意なく申し込まれた場合、契約が取り消されることがあります。

第7条（サービスの変更・中断・終了）

1. 当方は、本サービスの内容を変更し、または一時的に中断することがあります。
2. 本サービスの提供を終了する場合、少なくとも30日前までに本サービス内その他の方法で告知します。告知と同時に、有料サービスの新規申込みおよび自動更新を停止します。
3. 既に課金済みの期間については、当該期間の満了までサービスを提供したうえで終了します。
4. サービス終了時、投稿コンテンツを含む利用者データは、終了日から90日を経過した後に削除します。
5. 前各項に定めるほか、本サービスの変更・中断・終了により利用者に生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。

第7条の2（データの保存期間・放置アカウントの取扱い）

1. 投稿コンテンツおよびゲーム内データは、本サービスの提供期間中、原則として保存されます。
2. アカウント削除の申請があった場合、申請から30日を経過した後に、アカウントおよび関連する個人情報・ゲーム内データを削除します。当該30日の間に利用者がログインした場合、削除の申請は取り消されます。
3. 当方は、最終ログインから90日以上が経過し、かつ過去の記録（過去詳細）が登録されていないビルについて、街の表示負荷の軽減および土地の再利用を目的として、これを削除することがあります。この場合、当該ビルの売却時と同額のコインを返還し、配属されていた従業員は休職中プールへ戻します。アカウントおよびメールアドレスは削除しません。
4. 過去の記録が登録されているビルは、前項の削除の対象としません。

第8条（保証の否認および免責）

1. 当方は、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵（安全性・正確性・有用性等）がないことを保証しません。
2. 当方は、本サービスに起因して利用者に生じた損害について、当方の故意または重過失による場合を除き、責任を負いません。
3. 消費者契約法その他の強行法規が適用される場合、当方の賠償責任は、利用者が直近1か月間に当方へ支払った金額を上限とします。

第9条（利用制限および登録抹消）

利用者が本規約に違反した場合、当方は事前の通知なく、投稿コンテンツの削除、利用の一時停止、またはアカウントの抹消を行うことができます。

第10条（知的財産権）

本サービスに関する著作権・商標権その他の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。

第11条（本規約の変更）

1. 当方は、民法第548条の4の定めに従い、本規約を変更することがあります。
2. 本規約を変更する場合、変更後の内容および効力発生時期を、あらかじめ本サービス内その他の適切な方法により周知します。
3. 利用者に不利益となる変更を行う場合は、効力発生日の30日前までに周知します。
4. 周知した効力発生時期の到来後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。

※ 本条は「規約の条文を変更する場合」の手続きを定めるものであり、本サービスの機能追加・仕様変更・演出の変更など日常の運営行為について、その都度の事前通知を要するものではありません。

第12条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合、当方の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of IGNIS CITY ("the Service") and the relationship between the operator of the Service ("we", "us") and users. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Application

These Terms apply to all matters relating to use of the Service. Any individual rules or notices we post form part of these Terms.

2. Registration

You must register an account as we prescribe. We may refuse registration if information is false or there has been a past breach. Users under 13 must have a guardian's consent. Users under 18 must obtain the consent of a legal guardian before subscribing to a paid plan; subscribing is taken as confirming that consent has been given.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for managing your credentials. Accounts may not be transferred or shared. We are not liable for damage arising from unauthorized account use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You must not: violate laws or public order; engage in criminal activity; infringe intellectual property, reputation or privacy of us or third parties; defame, threaten or discriminate against others; post content identifying individuals/businesses or used for advertising or solicitation (including mottos and past-detail entries); reproduce, repost or re-share other users' "past details ③–⑥ (background, response, outcome, lessons)" by screenshot or any other means; post or share screenshots of building screens to external services such as X in a way that lets other users' personal information be identified (when sharing someone else's building, please ensure no individual can be identified); impersonate or register false information; create or operate multiple accounts fraudulently or use bots; interfere with operation, gain unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer the Service; or do anything we deem inappropriate.

5. User Content

Rights to content you post (mottos, past records, etc.) remain yours. You grant us a free, non-exclusive license to use (including reproduce, display and translate) such content as needed to provide, improve and promote the Service. Content is published after our approval; we may review, hide or delete it. Content is posted as your own experience, with your consent to publication and viewing by other users; past-record sections ③–⑥ (background, response, outcome, lessons) are viewable by paid members (Subscriber and above) with the author's consent. You may delete your posted mottos and past records at any time using the in-app delete feature. English translations may be machine-generated and are not guaranteed to be accurate.

6. Paid Services

The Service includes paid subscriptions (Subscriber: ¥980/month; Premium: ¥1,980/month, tax included). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not retain your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each period unless cancelled. You may cancel before the next renewal via the in-app customer portal; it stops at the end of the current period. Due to the nature of the Service, no refunds (including pro-rata) are provided. If you are under 18, subscribe only with the consent of your legal guardian — without it the contract may be voidable.

7. Changes / Suspension / Termination

We may change or temporarily suspend the Service. If we terminate the Service we will give at least 30 days' notice in the Service or by other means, and will stop new paid signups and automatic renewals at the same time. Where a period has already been paid for, the Service will continue until that period ends. On termination, user data including posted content will be deleted 90 days after the closing date. Except as set out above, we are not liable for damage arising from changes, suspension or termination, save in cases of our intent or gross negligence.

7-2. Data Retention / Inactive Accounts

Posted content and in-game data are retained while the Service operates. If you request account deletion, your account and the related personal data and in-game data are deleted 30 days after the request; logging in during those 30 days cancels the request. We may delete buildings whose owner has not logged in for 90 days or more and which carry no past record, in order to reduce rendering load and free land for reuse; in that case we refund the owner the same number of coins as selling the building would have given and return any assigned staff to the bench. The account and email address are not deleted. Buildings that carry a past record are never subject to this deletion.

8. Disclaimer

We do not warrant the Service is free of defects. Except for our intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for damage. Where mandatory consumer law applies, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the preceding month.

9. Restrictions / Removal

If you breach these Terms, we may delete content, suspend use, or delete your account without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All IP rights in the Service belong to us or rightful holders.

11. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms in accordance with Article 548-4 of the Civil Code. We will announce the amended content and its effective date in advance within the Service or by other appropriate means, and at least 30 days in advance where the change is disadvantageous to users. Using the Service after the announced effective date is taken as acceptance. This clause governs amendments to the text of these Terms; it does not require individual advance notice for ordinary operation such as adding features or changing behaviour.

We may amend these Terms without notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law / Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Japanese law, with the court having jurisdiction over our location as the exclusive court of first instance.

1. 取得する情報

• メールアドレス、パスワード（暗号化して保管）
• X（旧Twitter）のユーザー名（任意・公開設定により表示）
• ゲーム内データ（所有ビル、コイン、投稿した格言・過去詳細、行動履歴等）
• 要配慮個人情報：投稿いただく「過去の記録」には、その性質上、病歴・心身の状態、犯罪被害の事実、その他の要配慮個人情報が含まれる場合があります。当方は、これらを投稿時の同意に基づいてのみ取得します（投稿画面で、公開および有料会員による閲覧への同意をいただいています）。書きたくないことを書く必要は一切ありません。
• サブスクリプションの契約状態（決済情報そのものは保持しません）
• アクセスログ、利用環境に関する技術情報

2. 利用目的

• 本サービスの提供・本人確認・アカウント管理のため
• 有料サービスの提供および課金管理のため
• サービスの改善、不正利用の防止、お問い合わせ対応のため
• 利用者が投稿した格言・過去の記録を、共感や学びの共有を目的として、有料会員を含む他の利用者に表示するため

当方は、上記の目的の範囲を超えて個人情報を利用しません。とくに、投稿された過去の記録を、第三者への販売、広告目的の分析、AIの学習データとしての提供・利用に用いることはありません。将来これらを行う必要が生じた場合は、あらためて本人の同意を取得します。

2の2. 要配慮個人情報の取得と利用目的（公表事項）

個人情報保護法に基づき、要配慮個人情報の取扱いについて次のとおり公表します。

取得する旨	当方は、本サービスの「過去の記録（過去詳細①〜⑥）」および「格言」として利用者が投稿する内容に、病歴・心身の状態、犯罪により害を被った事実、その他の要配慮個人情報が含まれる場合があることを前提に、これを取得します。
取得の方法	利用者ご本人による投稿フォームへの入力のみ。当方が第三者から取得することはありません。
取得の根拠	投稿画面で「自身の体験であること」「公開および有料会員による閲覧」に同意いただいたうえで取得します。同意がない限り取得しません。投稿は任意であり、書きたくないことを書く必要はありません。
利用目的	同じ苦しみを経験した他の利用者が読み、共感や回復の手がかりを得られるようにするため（本サービス内での表示）。この目的以外には利用しません。
第三者提供	本人の同意なく第三者に提供しません。要配慮個人情報について、オプトアウトによる第三者提供は行いません。翻訳・保管等の委託先は下記「3.」のとおりです。
削除	投稿はいつでもご自身で削除できます。アカウント削除により、申請から30日後にすべて削除されます。

3. 第三者への提供・委託

当方は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、サービス提供に必要な範囲で以下の事業者に取扱いを委託します。

• Stripe, Inc.（決済処理）— クレジットカード情報は同社が直接取得・管理し、当方は保持しません。
• Supabase Inc.（データベース・認証基盤）
• GitHub, Inc.（ホスティング）
• Google LLC（アクセス解析 — Google アナリティクス）
• DeepL SE（機械翻訳）— 承認済みの格言および過去の記録の本文を送信し、英訳を取得します。
• Translated S.r.l.（MyMemory）（機械翻訳）— DeepL の英訳がまだ保存されていない場合に、表示のためその場で本文を送信して英訳を取得します。
• Sendinblue SAS（Brevo）（メール配信）— 認証メール・パスワード再設定メールの送信のため、メールアドレスを送信します。

上記のうち機械翻訳サービスには、過去の記録の本文が送信されます。本文に他者を特定できる情報や、送信されたくない内容を書かないようご注意ください。

4. Cookie・ローカルストレージ・アクセス解析

本サービスは、ログイン状態の保持や設定の記憶のためにブラウザのローカルストレージ等を使用します。

また、利用状況を把握しサービスを改善するために、Google LLC が提供する Google アナリティクスを使用しています。Google アナリティクスは Cookie を用いて、個人を特定しない形で情報を収集します。収集される主な項目は、閲覧されたページ、滞在時間、参照元（どのサイトやアプリから来たか）、おおよその地域、利用端末やブラウザの情報です。氏名・メールアドレスなど個人を特定できる情報は送信していません。

収集を望まない場合は、Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンを導入することで無効にできます。

5. 開示・訂正・削除の請求

利用者は、自己の個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・削除を請求できます。本サービス内の機能またはお問い合わせ窓口を通じてご連絡ください。

• 投稿の削除：書いた格言・過去の記録は、本サービス内の削除機能によりご自身でいつでも削除できます。
• アカウントの削除：本サービス内の「🗑 アカウント削除」から、ご自身で削除を申請できます。申請から30日後に、メールアドレス・パスワードを含むアカウント情報と、投稿・所有地・コイン等のゲーム内データをすべて削除します。30日の間にログインした場合、申請は取り消されます。
• 当方が利用者のアカウントを一方的に削除することはありません（利用規約違反の場合を除く）。

Special-category data: by their nature, past records may contain medical or mental-health information, experience of crime, and other special-category personal data. We collect these only on the basis of your consent at the time of posting. You never have to write anything you do not want to.

2. Purposes

To provide the Service, verify identity, manage accounts and billing, improve the Service, prevent abuse, and respond to inquiries; and to display mottos and past records you post to other users (including paid members) for the purpose of shared empathy and learning.

2-2. Special-Category Data — Acquisition and Purpose (public statement)

As required by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we state the following.

What we acquire	We acquire the past records (sections 1–6) and mottos you post on the understanding that they may contain medical or mental-health information, the fact of having been harmed by a crime, and other special-category personal data.
How	Only through your own entry in the posting form. We never obtain it from third parties.
Basis	Acquired only after you consent, on the posting screen, that it is your own experience and may be published and read by paid members. Posting is entirely optional; you never have to write anything you would rather not.
Purpose	So that others who have been through the same pain can read it and find recognition or a way forward — display within the Service. We use it for nothing else.
Third parties	Never provided to third parties without your consent. We do not use opt-out sharing for special-category data. Processors for translation and storage are listed in section 3.
Deletion	You can delete your posts at any time. Deleting your account removes everything 30 days after the request.

3. Disclosure / Processors

We do not provide personal data to third parties without consent except as required by law. We entrust processing to: Stripe, Inc. (payments — card data is collected and held by Stripe, not by us); Supabase Inc. (database/auth); GitHub, Inc. (hosting); Google LLC (analytics — Google Analytics); DeepL SE (machine translation — the text of approved mottos and past records is sent for translation); Translated S.r.l. (MyMemory) (machine translation — where a stored translation does not yet exist, the text is sent at display time); Sendinblue SAS (Brevo) (email delivery — your email address is sent to deliver confirmation and password-reset messages). Note that the body of your past records is sent to the machine-translation services above; please do not write anything you would not want transmitted, or anything identifying another person.

4. Cookies / Local Storage / Analytics

We use browser local storage to keep you logged in and remember settings.

We also use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information in a form that does not identify you personally. This mainly includes pages viewed, time spent, referral source (which site or app you arrived from), approximate region, and device and browser information. We do not send personally identifying information such as your name or email address.

If you prefer not to be measured, you can disable it with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. Access, Correction, Deletion

Posts: you can delete your own mottos and past records at any time with the in-app delete feature. Account: use "🗑 Delete account" in the Service. Your account — including email and password — and all in-game data are deleted 30 days after the request; logging in during those 30 days cancels it. We do not delete your account unilaterally, except in cases of breach of the Terms.

You may request disclosure, correction, suspension or deletion of your personal data via in-app features or our contact point. Deleting your account deletes related in-game data. You may also delete your posted mottos and past records yourself at any time using the in-app delete feature.
